Very quick and easy process. I interview with the CEO and CNO. Lasted about 45 minutes, they were super nice and didn't ask any trick questions. I was offered the position 1 week later.

Met with staff nurses and management on two different days. Asked multiple questions about my history and experience. Got a tour of the hospital. Very relaxed and laid back.

Interview
The interview consisted of a 3 person panel, two peers and one manager. It was very informal, cut and dry and very transparent. They wanted to make sure that I was ok with job duties and able to perform them.
