I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Stanford University (Stanford, CA) in Jan 2010
Interview
After applying for the job, I was contacted via email to set up a phone interview. The interviewer then called at the time scheduled and asked me a few questions about my past work experience and qualifications. This interview lasted about 25 minutes. After completing that phone interview, I was contacted about a week later to come in for a face to face interview. I met with two different interviewers for about 45 minutes each. After completing those interviews, I was contacted a day later and was extended a job offer.

Question 1
Can you give me an example of a challenge you faced at your previous job and how you successfully overcame and faced that challenge?
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Stanford University in Nov 2023
Interview
their partner recruiting/staff agency was disorganized and I was told incorrect details for the job I interviewed for. I was told the interview was for a job that was temp to perm based on need but it was a fixed term fill only and the interviewers were clear about that. I told them I was told by my recruiter different details but we went on with the interview and at the end I thanked them for their time but we all knew it wasn't a fit due to the incorrect info from the recruiter for both sides. Side note: they are very slow at going through applications
