Walked around, briefly observed the different teams in their area of the buildings. Then proceeded to a jumbled interview of listening to the director talk for 45 minutes. After listening to him for awhile, he grabbed an obviously unprepared positional manager who did actually ask me questions. Felt like more of an exchange than a monologue.
