Interview
We had such a good conversation on the phone even though the HR lady was 10 mins late.
She told me she wanted me to meet more of the team and that she really enjoyed our conversation
...then she ghosted me. When I followed up, she couldn’t even bother to tell me I wasn’t going to continue with the interview process. Really bad manners and shows how little the company cares.
One conversational interview and then heard nothing back. Interviewer was pleasant but they should have sent an email rejecting or moving forward for a better candidate experience. Was definitely a red flag!

Interview
Went through 5 interviews. Recruiter screen, manager IV, 2 more interviews with current recruiters on the team, and last interview was with associate director. The interview process was very long compared to other experiences.
