I was pleased with the interview processed. The recruiter I worked with was always available for questions and communicated promptly. The work sample presentation had a quick turnaround date (2 days), which made it challenging. At the same time, I can see this being helpful as it would weed out people that do not care about the position or are determined to do the job.
