Interview
The initial recruiter interview was disingenuous condescending.
Unfortunately, I spoke to the same recruiter from last year for another post sales position that I was rejected from. I don't care so much about the rejection but the recruiter needs to learn how to be friendly and OPEN to the candidate's career goals instead of trying to out them in a box OR discourage them.
He called me almost 15 minutes after our scheduled time and did not apologize. I was treated like chopped liver and was happy I had to talk to him again to "beg" for employment.
He had a very condescending demeanor about my career goals and where I wanted to take my career geographically.
He also didn't listen and asked me the SAME questions over and off hoping for me to break and tell him what he wants to hear.

Great experience and felt very comfortable interviewing over web x. They were very interested in my background and experience and overall had great questions to ask, not too challenging but enough to make you have to think quick on your feet.
