Easy process, invited through job site then attended location at time given. Heard back a few days later. Did a trial shift and was offered the job after finishing. Easy process

Interview
The interview was easy and just asked basic questions. I was then invited for a trial shift but unfortunately didnt get the job as the other person had more experience. However managment tell you they will contact you the next day with an outcome but they dont for between 5 to 7 days.
