I was selected to take an aptitude test which included behavioral questions, quick math, and spatial awareness questions. After completing that test, I had a screening call with HR about a week later which was very straightforward. I was told on the call that my experience was impressive and that he would ask the hiring manager for availability to speak with me for an in-person interview. After writing a thank you letter and following-up a week later, I received no response about next steps. If Sovos was no longer interested in me, an email at the minimum is usually expected for the process I went through. Instead they ghosted me.
