They sent me a one way video interview.The interview was the common behavioral questions like why southwest airline, your experience, talk about a project you used innovation.I am sure i did the interview well, I had all the qualifications they needed but apparently they did not select me.I don't know what this one way interview they look for because you will not be selected even after you know you did well. I was disappointed with SWA
