Question 1
Tell me about a time where you needed to collaborate.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Southern California Edison (Rosemead, CA) in Mar 2020
Interview
Phone screen with the recruiter for 30 minutes with general questions around resumes and why looking to leave current employer. The recruiter then described the interview process; and concepts to be aware of for the next round.
Then had a 3 person panel interview for 1 hour with the hiring manager, Sr. PM and PM, where they asked a total of 7 questions from an approved list of questions. The questions were quite simple, but they wanted specific examples from my related work experience.
The next round of the interview was they provided a case study, in which I was to analyze the data provided and then give a recommendation on how to move forward. Key data points are left off the case study intentionally, and the point isn't necessarily to have the correct answer, but to see how you approach the problem and present your findings in a 30 minute meeting with the same panel attendees.

Question 1
Reason for looking outside of your current employer?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Southern California Edison (Irwindale, CA) in Jan 2017
Interview
Interview was brief and easy. Mostly went through a screening process of 2 weeks over the phone. Interviewed in person and it was mostly general questions. The project manager that interviewed me was extremely nice and comforting starting from our first phone call to the one on one meeting in Irwindale. the place is a little offshore and the office building is average commercial building. Interview process itself took about three weeks and and the in person interview was very quick. it lasted about 15 minutes. It was a overall good experience.
