The interview process at Sourced was straightforward and insightful. After a walk-through of my portfolio and past experience, the interview was mainly focused on Sourced's brand identity. Interviewers highlighted existing design problems and held discussion on how we could improve them moving forward, and were happy to expand on the role/workflow/culture/processes at Sourced in general.
