easy, very quick, personality based questions, situation based questions for which the star method could be applied. questions were not hard. a drug test and background check was required before beginning employment. not a lot of room for growth.
only one person conducted the interview. there was not a lot of candidate confidentiality

Met with the Marketing Manager for interview, we had a 1:1 and discussed position, responsibilities, wages, hours. I was told I would know if I was hired within a week and I did hear from them within the week and was offered and accepted the position.

Interview
Went in for one interview, they asked me basic questions and I was hired. There was nothing special about the entire process, and since it was a campus internship there was not much competition. They did say there was a lot of grunt work and they were right.
