Apply... phone call... group panel interview... hire email, letter, phone call. Pretty basic process. They do background check too before they hire you fyi in addition to fingerprint work. They train u for like 4 months while they pay u.

Telephonic interview with three person panel. The questions consist of behavioral questions and why would you like to work for the social security administration. I was relaxed and prepared thanks to glassdoor and reviewing the ss card application.
