I applied for this position on USAjobs.gov back in April. I was called on August 5th to interview on August 6. I was finger printed interviewed and I shadowed a current employee. The next week my references were checked. I am currently still waiting to see if i will receive an offer. The interview was a panel interview with 3 ladies who were very friendly and informative.

Got a call for a phone interview. I had to dial into a conference room with two interviewers was told about benefits before interviewing then interview begin. interview lasted about 45mins.-1hr long.

Interview asked basic behavioral questions; there were six in total. 1. Name a situation where you needed to change your approach to provide customer service. 2. Name a situation where individuals who were upset or distressed and how did you resolve the situation or problem. 3. Name a time where you balanced multiple roles with different competing deadlines and responsibilities. 4. Name a time when you had to make a decision with limited information. 5. Name a problem that you solved and all the steps you took to resolve it. 6. Name a time when you had to decide whether a certain action was ethical.

Interview
Interview was a panel interview. With two women and a man. Fairly Easy interview. I sat with someone to see what the job waa like was fingerprinted and then my references were also called. They ask for three refrences and must contact two they told me. I am still waiting to hear if I recieved the position or not.
