Initial recruiter outreach to discuss the job in detail and make sure that my career goals met with the job description. Video interview was scheduled for an hour with the hiring manager and a co-worker. In all, they did not seem prepared for an official interview. They did not ask me any questions about myself and really just went over why they needed to fill the position and what the position would consist of for day to day activities.
