Everyone throughout the process continued to have good communication throughout the whole process. Both interviews were scheduled with enough time to feel prepared. Interviewers were professional and easy to understand. Throughout the interviews I felt like the interviewers were actually interested in learning more about me and how I can best fit in with the library culture.
A panel of 3 interviewers. Not all questions lent themselves to the STAR format- it looks like they are moving away from this as their primary interview method. Questions were sent 30 minutes in advance, with the expectation that you delete the document and e-mail after reading. This interview was midway between average and difficult.
