The process involved two video interviews that were pretty conversational and laidback. There were some questions about your experiences in analysis, an opportunity to ask questions of your own about the company and position, a short take-home test at the end.

Question 1
Can you tell me more about what functions you've used in Excel in the past?
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SmithGeiger (Westlake Village, CA) in Jul 2021
Interview
The interview was fairly easy. On Zoom, I was asked about my educational background, past employers, and what digital tools I was confident with. I asked a lot of questions about the positions that were open (I had applied for more than one) and what the workload looked like. Afterwards, I was sent an example of a survey and asked to parse it and jot down any notes I might have had. My interviewer was very low-pressure, and assured me it wasn't a test (though I'm sure it was, to some extent).
Several weeks later I was asked to attend a second Zoom interview with several team members this time, where they told me more about the company and each department, and I was asked to talk about myself again. I think at this point they had already known they were going to send me an offer.
Be very prepared with real examples and items that may be productized or leveraged into a new business. Must show strong articulation and presentation skills. Confidence is your friend. Know the content of what you’re doing inside and out
