Interview
2-3 phone interviews where you speak with middle management. I was initially denied, but then offered a job the following hiring round, so if you really want it, don’t give up.

Question 1
How would you describe a SmartPak to a customer who’s never heard of them before?

Interview
Long and drawn out for a barely above minimum wage type role. First you fill out a detailed questionnaire, followed by a phone interview and then a video interview with multiple people. Everything went really well then I was told I'd hear from them in two weeks.
I don't think the company is doing well as I found out that people were let go/demoted to this position during the two weeks. Probably a blessing in disguise not to have been hired but I was very excited about the role.

Interview
I had a phone interview, about a half an hour long, with some discussion of the company, my horse experience, and a "pretend" customer interaction. At the end of the call I was told I would be contacted further to let me know if they were interested in hiring me, and if they were, that I would have to come to MA for an in-person interview. I was never contacted. Interviewer seemed to be working from home. Insisted that it wasn't a "sales position" but a true customer service position, but was very negative about my lack of sales experience.
