About 2 weeks after closing date for applications, had a phone interview with the manager first, about an hour. About a week later was invited to the office for an in person interview with the manager and several members of the team. It was a panel style with 3 other people & one on the phone. Had a second in person with other people, again panel with 3 people & me. Took several more weeks for the university to complete the review & hiring process.

Interview
General interview questions plus many centered around the job description. Interview included several case studies centered around business clients in the area of management and financial analysis. It helps to have a good understanding of the organization prior to the interview which will aid in answering the case studies.
