Referred to Slalom and was reached out by the HR. After few weeks HR scheduled interviews with the Manager, Principal and Engagement Leader. After another round with another manager I was offered the position. The interviews were straightforward and very resume/behavioral based.

Straight forward - no major challenging questions. Behavioral mostly for the associate level, mine consisted of a 30 min call with manager and it was 20 minutes of regular chat

3 interviews. First 2 were about my experience, suitability for the role. Final interview a week after the 2nd was a data presentation task, presenting dataset in any way I chose.
Case study with 1 hour to prepare your answer and able to use any resources available. Straightforward case study with an hour to prepare before they call you back. You're able to use any resources at your disposal making it pretty easy.
