I applied in-person. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2016
Interview
Fill out online application ----> Go to a hiring event----> get told right there if they feel you'd fit for the job or not. It was pretty straightforward, which I found helpful. They gave you a quick information session and told you about the company, then the group interview started. There was very little time in-between.
