Interview
I applied online, then looked at the places they had open houses. I decided to travel to Santa Barbara for my interview. Got there early, dressed professionally with my resume. They measured to make sure I fit the height requirement. Once everyone was in, there was 15 of us, two current fight attendants began the presentation. After answering questions we had a break. Because there were so few of us, we went straight into f2f. I was the third one called. They ask that you leave straight after your interview. They said it would take two weeks to hear back. I got my answer after 8 days and begin training in April.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.
