Interview
A call with HR, during which the company’s strategy and goals were explained. This stage assessed motivation and evaluated how well the candidate’s profile fits the consultant role.
A technical interview with a senior consultant, based on a case study. The candidate is expected to act as a consultant addressing the client’s problem, respond to their needs, and justify technical choices related to data science.
An interview with a manager, focusing mainly on behavioral and cultural fit, with some technical questions but not too many.
A final interview with a director, primarily centered on behavioral and fit aspects, where the candidate presents how they align with the company’s values and culture.
