I applied online. I interviewed at Shoreline Marketing Group (Mission Viejo, CA) in Mar 2017
Interview
Quick emails to set up an interview date then the interview is simple as long as you are not an awkward person because it is 1 on 1 and at times 2 on 1 interviewing you. Once you've finished and got the job you go through a drug test and then you're finished.

Interview
I applied online via ZipRecruiter and the next day I received an email stating that they reviewed my application and that I would be a good candidate for their position. So I called the office to schedule an interview and went the next day. When I arrived at the office, it was very fancy. There were a few people waiting in the lobby for interviews as well for the same position. Once I was called I got to meet with Chance, the Regional Director. The interview lasted about 15 to 20 minutes. He went over the offered base pay wage, commission opportunities, and the hours of operation. $11 base pay plus $120 commission per sale. I was offered a position to sell AT&T/DirecTV inside of the local Cosco's in the southern orange county area. He then called me back for a second interview, which I returned later. Out of 20 interviews he chose 3 to return and I was one of them. He went over the structure of the company. He made it clear that within 4 to 8 months, and definitely under a year that you could become a manager/partner for the company. He has a step-by-step process in which you achieve new promotions once you hit a certain goal. It honestly doesn't sound that hard. Within a year you could start and run your own business making $100k he said. He did all the math on the board. Overall, great interview and I possibly will be giving this a shot.

Interview
I was contacted by Shoreline in January for an interview. However, I decided to stop our interview process because of my current employer had decided to offer me a raise. I wanted to write this review because I believe that the Recruiting Manager was so helpful and understanding with my situation as it took over a course of 4 days for me to try and meet with them. During this entire process, she was courteous and understanding while answering all my questions regarding the company. It was unfortunate that I had to cancel my interview, but I believe if Shoreline handles their candidates with this amount of professionalism and consideration, they'd be a great company to work for.
