The interview process is standard:
1) Online test consisting of Numerical, Verbal and Logical tests: 16 questions, 4 (or 5) minutes each. At the end you need to submit Personality quiz. It is not timed, but you should respond in accordance to company culture
2) You need to take a HireVue and explain your experience, motivation, etc. to yourself at the camera. ~30 mins

Shell’s interview process usually begins with online assessments and progresses to a Final Assessment, which includes a business case study presentation and a behavioral interview. Interview
The interview process focses on behavioral assessments and technical screenings. Candidates are tested on the "CAR" method, focusing on safety, leadership, and on job competence through structured and in depth questions.
The first round is a recorded video interview. You need to record some videos based on their questions. There were 3 questions or me, which is not very unique. About your project, your interest in Shell.
