The interview was held via a video conference. There were a few questions about legal and firm interests. Expect to explain expertise with different apps as well as the ability to learn new apps. Discussed ability to listen to regular people calling in and keeping them on track to a conversation.

I applied online. I interviewed at Shegerian and Associates (San Diego, CA) in May 2019
Interview
Manager and two paralegals there. Not personable at all, I would answer the question and they didn't like if I didn't pick two very binary responses. Like "do you prefer working by yourself or with a team?". I said I enjoyed both and gave reasons why and the manager very rudely said "NO, you have to pick ONE!" Anyways, I could see why they have a high turnover rate.
