Shape Therapeutics interview questions

Interview process was 3 rounds, one with hiring manager, next with a series of 4 people back to back, and finally with a member of leadership. It was mostly efficient and decisions were made quickly.

I had an initial phone interview with a recruiter, followed by another phone call with the hiring manager. Both were informative and focused on behavioral type interview questions. Be prepared to share specific examples in both interviews. I wasn't moved past the second call, but I had a positive experience and will apply again. The next step would have been an onsite interview. The process took one week, and the two people I spoke with were friendly. I learned a lot about the culture, pay and benefits.
