Standard interview questions for position. Interviewer read them off of a sheet. 2 person interview. Only one asked questions though. Since moving away from being staffed by the OPS, job doesn't pay enough for the workload.

Got a call with the hiring manager, outlining the locations and what kind of work they do. Then asked some basic opening "tell us about yourself" questions as well as some situational "what would you do when x" situations

Long and drawn out, seemed to take forever to get a response to emails. 2 interviews, typical customer service type questions. Friendly enough though. Everyone was on time. They did ask the dreaded salary expectation question, which is awful.
