It really isn’t much of a process. They call for a first interview. Then they invite you in for a face to face. You get hired immediately on the spot if they like you.

Interview
I met with two of the three owners and had a verbal interview. They explained that the pay would be $9 per hour and that there would be a bonus of 1/2 percent of any job that I scheduled. This doesn't seem like much at first, but could be a nice amount once you actually learn the job well enough to do it with any kind of speed. Unfortunately, the office atmosphere is so unpleasant that by the time you learn how to do the job well, you will be ready to quit.
