They will have a list of questions that they will stick to because they need to ask each applicant the same exact thing. Don't sweat it. There probably aren't many other applicants because not many want to work there.

7 or 8 questions. Interviewers have to stick to questions and cannot really ask what they feel could be important. Panel members take tuns reading the questions and taking notes. Typically 3 people participate in the panel interview.

Do not recall at this stage, but they are standard issue questions about how you solved a problem on a prior project or how you resolved a conflict with a peer or vendor on a project. The questions were relatively generic and open ended.
