I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sephora
Interview
3-interviews were required. The first was a group interview (talk more about your love for skincare rather than just makeup. That's the key to impressing managers wear makeup and wear all-black), the second interview was with the store manager and the third is the hardest: you have to role-play situations with chosen employees who pretend to be clients.

Question 1
The questions were easy but training is a little harder. Sephora has its own vocabulary that you have to memorize
The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Sephora (Boca Raton, FL) in Oct 2019
Interview
I was first contacted over the phone for a quick phone screen. During the phone call, I was asked about my previous job experiences, responsibilities, and why I left my previous job. I was also asked about why I chose Sephora. They then asked me to come in for an interview. When I came in for the in-person interview, I sat and spoke with the manager who asked me typical interview questions.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Sephora in Sep 2019
Interview
They called me and had an impromptu phone interview. Asked me 3-4 questions. Then scheduled an in person interview. I have yet to attend in person interview but i will be on monday
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Sephora (Denver, CO) in Aug 2019
Interview
Easy interview process, though I’d recommend going in to speak with the manager first (which is generally good practice for all retail jobs). You’ll have a phone interview & and in-person interview & then you’ll find out if you’ve gotten the job. Good luck!
