First is recruiter screening, very easy and nice. Second round is more behavioral, asking mostly about team fit and my career goals/priorities. Last technical round is a discussion with team leads/engineers.

Applied last year. It was a smooth process with great communication. The team was incredibly nice and detailed in answering questions and addressing any concerns I had. One of my better interview experiences
Interview was a 3 step process including recruiter call. It was very casual but process took a while because there are only two university recruiters. Questions emphasized on organization and creativity.
