Next I had a call with the Outpatient physical therapy director
In person meeting with team leader at clinic

It was pretty casual the whole time which was good
There was an initial call with a recruiter to gather information on both ends followed by in person interview with the team manager to gain more detailed information about day to day responsibilities along with a partial shadow day with a staff physical therapist
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sentara Health in May 2018
Interview
Easy. Worked with a recruiter over the course of a couple of weeks. Completed a phone interview. Later I received a phone call from the hiring manager. The recruiter walked me through the entire process and was very pleasant.
