Such a waste of time. I applied through a recruiter, and he told me that they are very interested and the process would be smooth and fast but I was ghosted after the first interview with HR and PM. Tried to contact the recruiter and Semrush's HR by email, but no luck. Very disappointing and unprofessional!

The interview process was super clear and well-structured. The recruiter stayed in touch throughout, always let me know exactly when to expect feedback after each stage — and consistently delivered it on time. They even arranged an extra meeting with the team at my request when I was unsure about accepting the offer — which I really appreciated. Everything was handled at a top level. The interviews were friendly and collaborative — it felt like a conversation between equals, not like taking an exam. Excellent work done by everyone who was involved!
