3 person interview via video, although it was multiple people the atmosphere about the questions was relaxed. Appears they tried to make it a more conversational interview period to get to know one another.

I applied for position of Operations Manager. Interviewed with recruiter, took personality/skills test. Interviewed with Office Manager and Lead Ops Manager. Office manager had no idea what my skills set was- he clearly did not review my resume or test exults. Ops Manager was matter of fact- not personable.
