Was interviewed about three days after I did the questionnaire application. They asked pretty general questions like "Where do you see yourself in this company," things like that.

Took like 20 mins. Very easy but questions seemed random. It also seemed like management had no idea they had interviews scheduled cuz there were several of us waiting for a long time

Fill application form to apply and wait few days before submitting it to the company. Had to provide personal documents and references from previous employers. Initially was interviewed on a phone.
