Applied online via referral from job board.
Received email from Sears informing me of date/time of interview.
Interview was 2 managers and me.
Interviewing manager read scenario questions and asked me for answers of how I would handle a situation (this would be the personality test part), what accomplishments was I proud of in previous jobs, what were my goals for this job, etc.
Wages were discussed as well as dress code, number of hours, and possible start/end times for work day.
2 way conversation, very collaborative. Asked numerous behavioral questions what software programs are you familiar with? do you have experience with Jira project management systems. Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult employee
I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sears (Dhaka) in Dec 2018

1. Submit the CV first
2. The company review the CV.
3. If all required thing mach , they call for the interview.
4. Ask about my self/ My hobby/ Aim/ Experience/ Education.
5. If all are ok they call for next interview and finalize.

Interview
The interview was easy and quick but it took a couple of months for a confirmed answer. This is quite normal for most corporate jobs hut overall it was good.
