Couple of phone interviews and then a final interview at the office, everyone was very cordial and nice. It was a short process. Getting to the office can take long, so plan ahead.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
General average questions, nothing out of the ordinary
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Seaboard Marine (Miami, FL) in Oct 2019
Interview
Two people interview me, but I didn’t like the work environment they provide for their employees, in addition the Job title does not apply as described to your duties, it was a clerical job imputing documents all day and issuing reports of people working under you “only 2” if they made any mistakes. My resume and experience was for a managment position not a clerical, I didn’t not apply for that position.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
One question was what will you do is someone is not doing their job properly and is making mistakes?
Had a written and excel assessment, interviewed with direct supervisor and department supervisor. Interview and assessment took about two hours in total. Questions were not particularly hard, mostly directly related to the position.
