The CEO was uniquely friendly and cordial conveying the impression that I was special and would become a strong member of the executive team. He was especially enthusiastic in regard to a Penn State education. I was not anxious during the short wait to be interviewed. The CEO indicated he was intrigued by my resume and wished to meet me, even though I was not a precise fit for an investment banking firm and the position sought to be filled by the CEO.
