There was PPT of Sciative team after that there was a online assessment of 2 hours. And finally direct interview with Founder of Company after that offer letter was given.

The hiring process consisted of 5 sections: 1 Coding question, SQL, Logical Reasoning, Python scripts and Personality questions with importance given to each section in that specific order. The test was fairly easy wherein we were proctored through Google meet and had to write our answers in a word document and email it to them in time. The next round was the GD which was fairly interesting and engaging. The CEO of the company(Ms. Vijeta Soni) was very friendly with us and engaged with us well. Then came the Interviews. The first one was with the CEO which was mostly HR questions on why sciative and how we would fit in. The second interview was with the Chief Scientist(Dr. Anshu Jalora) who started off with HR questions asking about projects and then came to the questions on the written test. Ways to optimise those questions. The interview process was scheduled to be completed in 1 day but got dragged out to the next day and we were informed about the next process just before it started which seemed a bit unprofessional. Also of all the students that were shortlisted for the interview, only a handful of interviews were taken before releasing the result not informing the students who were waiting for their interview.
