Efficient and fun process with clear communication on what to expect from each round. The process happened over the course of 3 weeks in total with 4 different rounds with questions topics ranging from: resume, behavioral, pharma case questions. They wanted to gage the application of education and experience in certain situations.

Consisted of a phone call with an internal recruiter, a case study+behavioral interview, conversations with both founders, and a conversation with current team members in your role.
