The process took about two weeks. There were a total of three interviews, two in person and one over the phone at the beginning. After the phone interview, which had easy get-to-know-you questions, I came in for an in person interview. Following this interview, I took a "pre-test", which consisted of customer service and math questions. After this I waited a week and called Scheels to see where I was at in the process. They invited me in for a second interview, I did a drug test and was offered the position.
