Met with the store manager who gave a tour of the workplace, explaining how the business worked. Then proceeded with a more traditional interview in the management office with the typical questions.

I Applied online and had an interview with the Store Manager within a week and a half. I got a call back that same day to interview with the District Manager the next week. The next call I got was for a back ground check, that took a week. And the last call I got was to offer me a position. Just basic retail questions, nothing hard about it at all.
Two sit-down interviews with the retail sales manager and store manager, and you would also meet the district manager so they can get a feel of you and how you would jell well with the company.

Really easy with lots of event based questions depending upon the job requirements. I can say, giving examples makes it more easy for them to understand the situation. Overall satisfied.
