Three quick interviews at a local job hiring fair. The questions were thorough although basic. The interview process was a series of interviews by three different interviewers involved in the sreening process

Phone call with information abouit company to determine interest and set a time for a more in depth interview,interview with and HR manager, then finally an interview with a district manager.

Interview
Very thorough with two separate interviews. They did a phone screen before the interviews. I filled out the online application including an assessment test. They checked three references, two professional and one character. They also did a criminal background test.
