Interview
There were three people (1 hr representative, and two engineers). Roughly 30 mins were spent talking with each. The hr person went over some generic stuff about the company and the role and the engineers asked some more technical questions.

We replace a lot of aging equipment at these power plants. What are some considerations that you as an engineer should be mindful of when lets suppose you are replacing a pump from 1970 with a more modern one?

Multiple Interviewers that lasted about 2.5 hours. Mainly behavioral with a little bit of technical knowledge sprinkled in. Started with HR, then with a project lead, a department lead, and a couple engineers

Interview
Interview consisted of two 30 min. one-on-one interviews with working engineers from the unit. Both were very professional and courteous asking a mix of behavioral and situational questions. No technical questions were asked besides basic questions about skills listed on my resume. Felt more like a conversation about myself than an interview. I would recommend applying and interviewing for Sargent & Lundy
