Standard proccess of Candidate selection that consisted of several tests and couple interviews. All in all, I can`t say that it was difficult, but the speed of decision-making process was a bit low (around 1.5-2 month)

The interviewer was asking a lot of technical questions even though they knew I didn’t have the experience. It felt like they were just trying to highlight my lack of experience and position themselves as a coach during the interview.

The interview had 4 parts process: First of all, I had interview with HR where it was introduction of position and first overview of the company Second step was with the manager of the position. Itself where the manager was asking a bunch of questions of my previous experience Last step, director and manager together with a different exercises to solve to prove skills.
