Interview
This was by far the best recruitment experience I have had. I was made to feel that Salesforce wanted me to be successful, and gave me every opportunity to do so. I was assigned a buddy to help me in my preparation for my presentation which was invaluable. The recruitment lead kept me informed promptly with any updates, and he offered his time for dry-runs of my presentation too.
It's clear to me that Salesforce employees truly live and breathe their company values, which is incredibly refreshing and a huge factor in my decision to join the company.
Interview process as follows:
1) Phone screening with recruiter
2) Meeting with Team Manager
3) Technical discovery call (role play)
4) Panel pitch presentation, followed by personal case study

Then salary discussion and then a very excellent onboarding trajectory. Last step when you get hired is a full background check.
