The recruiting process overall left something to be desired, and I'll provide that feedback separately; however, the interview process itself was extremely enjoyable. The recruiting coordinator was on top of making sure that I had all of the information that I needed for my discussions. All of the interviewers seemed genuinely happy to be working at Salesforce, and they were all very kind and friendly people. They also showed an interest in me and the work that I've done. The people who interviewed me were a major reason for me deciding to join. I'm really looking forward to working with my new Ohana. :)

Der gesamte Rekrutierungsprozess war sehr angenehm, sehr transparent. Auch die vom System generierten E-Mail haben immer einen Mehrwert geboten. Das Insidersprogramm not die Möglichkeit, mit Mitarbeitenden zu sprechen und etwas hinter die Kulissen zu schauen. Die Anzahl der Gespräche (4 Interviews, ein Sanitycheck) waren alle super, die Gesprächspartner sehr nett und offen. Selbst die Vertragsabwicklung lief komplett digital und komfortabel.

Le processus de recrutement était long. En revanche, les recuteurs sont très compétents, que ce soit côté RH ou côté manager. Une attitude très loyale envers les personnes à recruter, un suivi permanent. Un niveau d'exigences élévé.

3 total interviews + a writing assessment. The recruiter was impossible to reach. They themselves had to reschedule calls multiple times and couldn't respond in a timely manner after needing to set aside time on my end to schedule calls. After sinking a couple months and 4 rounds into the process it would be great to not get ghosted. A couple pings and nothing. I'd expect this level of professionalism elsewhere, kind of surprising here.
