Interview
First you have to take a personality assessment, fallowed by a cognitive assessment.
These assessments are taking seriously by the CEO, make sure you take them in a place where you won't be interrupted. Be yourself on the personality portion.
Meet with the sales director as well as ask a few questions to other salesmen.
Then meet with Lenin the CEO
