I had a total of four interview rounds with Safle: two technical rounds, one assignment-based task, and the final round with HR and the manager. Despite performing well in each stage, the process left me disappointed.
Even after clearing all rounds successfully, the final HR round revealed a lack of clarity in their hiring process. It seemed the company was unsure about making decisions, which led to unnecessary delays and confusion.
Overall, it was a frustrating experience. The lack of organization and clear communication makes me hesitant to recommend engaging with their recruitment process. If you're considering applying, be prepared for potential delays and a lack of structured follow-through.
I was approached immediately, my point of contact was approachable, I was asked about my previous experiences and subject knowledge and was forwarded to further interviews with the founder, interviews were flexible.
